A bubbling version of the best-selling powdered milk baths! Dot & Lil's classic milk formula, now with lots of frothy bubbles. Bubble milks create a moisturizing and luxurious bath surrounded by rich bubbling milk. Skin is left soft, moisturized and lightly scented.
