19/99 Beauty Lip & Cheek Water-Balm Colour Tint
A weightless, blendable water-balm formula that creates a flush of colour on lips and cheeks, with a skin-like finish.
The buildable formula can be layered for intensity. While 19/99's signature product, the Precision Colour Pencils, are available in bold colours, the tones of Water Colour Tint are more muted. The product adds a wash of colour for a barely-there finish that lets your skin shine through.
With a comfortable, barely-there finish, this fragrance-free formula is made with a blend of water and waxes for a sheer application. The formula is vegan and cruelty free. Has a water-based formula that feels like a balm for weightless, comfortable colour. Made with a complex of Vitamin A, C & E for smooth lips.

How To Use:
- Use doefoot applicator to tap colour on desired area—lips or cheeks
- Blend with finger tips or a brush, or layer for intensity
