Who hasn’t purchased a lip product, with the hope that it would rock your world, yet ultimately fell short of your expectations.  (Or is this just me?)  After all of this disappointment, how could you blame me for being skeptical when Ilia Beauty came to LUX.  Being the true Beauty Junkie I am, I gave it an honest try and I am so thankful to the Beauty Gods that I did.  It is truly a game changer.  The perfect combination of lip balm & lip tint, these lipsticks contain Jojoba Oil, Cocoa Butter and Vitamin E to nourish and moisturize your lips while antioxidant rich Pomegranate protects your lips from the environment.  With 85% organic ingredients and a case made from recycled aluminum, it is a product you can definitely feel good about using as well.

The collection features 6 unique colours, ranging from soft neutral to vibrant berry.  An insider tip from Ilia creator and Vancouver native Sasha Plavsic, layer different colours to create a custom shade.  My favorite combo, Blossom Lady & Dizzy.  So gorge!  The best thing about these lipsticks, the more you apply, the deeper the colour gets.  Who doesn’t love only having to carry one product to take your makeup from day to night?  Also, the colour stays put.  After hours of talking and drinking coffee, my lips looked just as they did when I applied it.
